Confirmed Service Customer
I was given an appointment time that was good for me, was approached by a staff member the moment that I stopped in the service line. My service representative was informed of my arrival and came out promptly. I was told what the approximate time was that the car would be ready. I settled into a chair inside reading a book that I brought with me. It seem like in no time the car was ready, I was checked out promptly on the road within seventy minutes of my arrival there. Two thumbs up!
