I took my 2019 Chevy Corvette to Bob Stall Chevrolet due to a tire air leak which I suspected was a bent rim since I had GM tire and wheel coverage and wanted to some cosmetic wheel repairs done as well. It took nearly a month to get my car back due to a completely unresponsive service advisor who verbally abused the Tire and Wheel warranty representative which required me to get involved. I only got an update after not hearing anything for days and then I would text him and find out basically nothing had been done on the repair. After reaching out to Simon for a new service advisor he somewhat defended the new advisor and would not give me someone new right away and again the non-response continued. Finallly I was contacted by Pam who informed me that Roman was no longer with the dealer and she started to get the repair on track. I was also informed that the car needed new tires but after all of my trouble instead of offering a discount or something on the tires to help make up for my car being out of commission for almost a month she quoted me a price that was 20% higher than that of Costco or discount tire. I was offered not type of compensation for this extremely poor repair management. I'm glad that Pam was finally able to get the job done by following up on the repair and working with the Tire and Wheel coverage company but the experience was completely unacceptable as when I picked up the car since it had been outside for nearly a month it was also completely filthy. I would never recommend your dealer to anybody

Booked the service on line and said l needed to wait for the service to be completed the service writer said that it would be about a 2 hour wait. It was. I think if l book an appointment then it should be do in a more timely manner. And they should rotate the tires not just check the air pressures. The service was fine the price was fair

An unexpected "check engine" notice appeared just shoetly after a 20K service. I had no way of knowing what was the reason so I called my service advisor Rose, at Bob Stall and immediately went to the dealership to get a diagnosis. Rose had determined it not to be a safety issue and made an appointment to correct the problem. Althought I had to wait, it was repaired in the same day and resolved, and covered by the warranty. That's the service I expected and received.
