Service was fine, nothing special but it also wasn’t bad. Seemed like the oil change and services were good, although the service advisor never called me to tell me that the mechanic couldn’t locate my tire lock key sitting directly next to the jack and tire tool under my back seat so I found out that they didn’t rotate my tires once I read the service document. They did help identify an issue with my truck so I can fix it, most likely wouldn’t have been able to diagnose that on my own. Unfortunately they told me that the part was back ordered so they couldn’t fix it while my truck was there, which was a little weird because they’re in stock on the GMpartscenter website.
