LT at $47,900 , Best Overall Value
The LT is the first trim to get the 13.4-inch touchscreen, 12.3-inch digital cluster, 120V outlet, and keyless entry as standard. It's also the first trim eligible for the Z71 Off-Road Package and a wide range of other packages. If you want a fully modern Silverado without going into luxury territory, the LT is where most buyers land. It's the trim we recommend most often to first-time Silverado buyers in La Mesa and the broader San Diego market.
LTZ at $58,800 -- Best Premium Value
The LTZ adds Bose premium audio, adaptive cruise control, power folding mirrors, a trailer brake controller, and an auto-locking differential as standard equipment. For $10,900 over the LT it's a meaningful jump in refinement and capability. Buyers who've been in a Silverado for a few years and want a meaningful upgrade often land on the LTZ. It's also the last trim where you can add the Z71 package if you want lift and off-road hardware in a premium package.
