Vehicle is great. Salesman was unsure of a lot of questions, the car was dirty inside, had to bring the vehicle back for a detail. MyChevrolet app was not set up upon vehicle purchase, process was long and have to keep calling about initial vehicle purchase credits.

The entire staff there was great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to even include other dealership staff that were not even a part of deal. Negotiations were straight forward and easy.

The service was predicted to take half a day but it took the entire day, so then we had to pick up the vehicle during rush hour. We also had to call 3 times in advance to get the status of the missing chips, and every time the person we spoke to said they had never heard from us before despite writing down our phone number every time.

Spent 4 hours waiting for my car to be diagnosed because I did not know why it was making noise . You wanted to tear my engine apart thinliit was the timing chain. I said no and took it to another mechanic to find out all it needed was oil. You sent on my way with no oil in my car. Could have destroyed my engine.

Although I had an appt. I still waited in line about 15 mins. before I hopped out of my car and asked for help. The young man checking me in (Darin???) was very polite and helpful. Four out of five stars because there is always room for improvement. Right? Overall though, I was very pleased.

Rosalie went out of her way to help me during my visits this week. I unexpectedly needed my car back sooner than I originally thought so I called her and she said she'd try and get the car worked on ASAP but couldnt make any promises. She was able to get it all done right away which I am super grateful for! Thank you for going out of your way to help me this week!
