Confirmed Service Customer
I was quoted (by mistake) an extra 800 and asked to pay by phone after asking for an invoice for 3 days. Horrible stressful unnecessarily long. These are all words I would use to describe my experience. Never again would I ever bring my car here. Still was charged almost 200 more than estimates given but I couldn’t wait to get my car and never work with your company again.

I brought eh car in for a service (and then eventually sold it to the dealership). Mary was amazing - was very friendly, super responsive and a total joy to work with. mD was great as well. Total class act and really appreciate the wonderful service I received.

So again, you missed greasing my front end zerk fittings and I can tell as there is still dirt and dust on them so no way they had a grease gun on them. I asked the guy who checked me in to confirm they grease them all and you guys didn't. this isn't the first time you missed this as I have been told this is part of the oil and lube service... not happy...

Was there to have parking assist module installed, after they told me vehicle was ready, they had to take it back three times to the mechanic to then inform me it would be another day and a half to fix it. I took my vehicle to another dealership, they fixed it quick and informed me that the other dealership broke a part on my vehicle while trying to install the parking assist module

I brought my car to Bob stall to get my Chevy Colorado worked on by the professionals and expected it to look like I bought it new . They are when above and beyond my expectations and definitely would recommend them to everybody. As in dealing with customer service, Service manager Hamlet made me feel extremely special.
