Confirmed Service Customer
There was a total lack of common courtesy or friendliness by the staff. I sat in the vehicle service line for several minutes and not one person greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Note: I was the only vehicle in line waiting. My service advisor eventually arrived and checked my vehicle in. I was told I could follow my vehicle's progress being serviced via the app, but nothing HAPPENED. The app showed work began, but there were no updates...even after the work was completed and I had the car at home. I waited for over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up, only to find out the driver had gone to the wrong residence. Think about it...people go to work, visit relatives/friends, go shopping, to the doctors...the first order of priority is to determine where the shuttle needs to go. My daughter drove me back to the dealership and I stood at an empty service counter for about 5 minutes without any of the multiple employees asking if I needed assistance or if they could contact my service advisor. I finally asked for help and my service advisor was notified of my presence. She had numerous excuses for the mix up with the shuttle when she finally arrived. For the record, a gentleman I felt might be the service manager (he was sitting in a glass-enclosed office to the side of the service counter), prepared to leave for the day after locking the door to his office and walked out without asking if I needed assistance. This man had to know I had been standing at the counter unassisted yet failed to offer any help. The phrase "it's not my job" seemed to be the attitude of all the Bob Stall employees I dealt with. Very unprofessional and very disappointing! Oh please, do publish this. Your customers would love an honest review!

Alan was a GREAT salesman, he gave me everything I requested and came within my price range. After calling other dealerships and feeling like I was being bated...I just came to Bob Stall to check it out...right away Alan made me feel at home and I knew I came to the right place. Since coming to the dealer, I've had nothing but great experiences. I'm glad I switched dealerships and though you guys provide great service, I'm hoping all of my future visits will be for preventive maintenance only :)

My service advisor, Rose, is so great! She always keeps me informed and up to date on status of my car and any charges. She is so helpful and friendly. I always ask for her when taking my car to Bob Stall for service as I know I’ll be 100% taken care of! Rose is 5 stars!!

We arrived on 3/29 & were promised that our vehicle would be checked in a week. When we called our service advisor a week later we found that he no longer worked for your dealership. Rose took over our account & was very helpful & kept us informed. It took 2 weeks for us to find out the problem & with parts & service it took another 2 weeks before the vehicle was ready. As we were in the middle of a driving holiday returning from Mexico to BC, Canada it was very difficult to wait so long. The vehicle is driving very well at this point & we found Rose’s service stellar, but the overall experience was not what we expected.

All my oil changes take place at Bob Stall and every change I get oil drips because the area must not be wiped down thoroughly. Other than that, everything was fine.

From the time I stepped out of my Toyota Corolla I was hoping not to get back in to go home. My entire experience was relaxing and went far beyond any expectations I had. Luis introduced himself to me and listened to what I was looking for. He pretty much held my hand through the whole transaction. Luis left no stone unturned and answered just about everything I had questions on before I could even ask. The whole team was amazing but my guy Luis really made the process extremely easy.
