Upon arrival at the service lane, I clicked on the email I received to indicate that I was at the dealership. After waiting 5 minutes in the service lane, I went inside and then the rep paged my service tech. The wait time was reasonable for oil change/tire rotation, about an hour. Upon checkout, I wanted to pay through Sunbit, and the service tech struggled with processing this, but eventually worked it out with the help of another rep. I've worked in customer service for years, and I feel there is some improvement needed in your service department. Attention should be given immediately, or some type of acknowledgement. I've purchased 3 vehicles from your dealership. The sales reps are very friendly and courteous.

Recently installed some aero bits on my 2023 C8 Corvette (front splitter, side rockers, and rear spoiler). My service advisor, Pam Larman, did an excellent job of putting a quote together for me for the work. She explained to me what the estimated cost was going to be and scheduled an early appointment for me. She kept me up-to-date during the entire process. The work was done on time and on budget. I am very satisfied with the results. Pam is a dedicated employee and a true professional. Bob Stall Chevrolet is fortunate to have her. I will be bringing my Corvette back for all of my future service. They have truly earned my trust!

I was immediately greeted and escorted inside the dealership. I was helped by Kei Kim; she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even agreed to ride-a-long and listen to the sound that my car was making. Diagnosis was shorter than I expected, and currently the part is being ordered.
