Confirmed Service Customer
Upon arrival at the service lane, I clicked on the email I received to indicate that I was at the dealership. After waiting 5 minutes in the service lane, I went inside and then the rep paged my service tech. The wait time was reasonable for oil change/tire rotation, about an hour. Upon checkout, I wanted to pay through Sunbit, and the service tech struggled with processing this, but eventually worked it out with the help of another rep. I've worked in customer service for years, and I feel there is some improvement needed in your service department. Attention should be given immediately, or some type of acknowledgement. I've purchased 3 vehicles from your dealership. The sales reps are very friendly and courteous.
