Confirmed Service Customer
Upon arrival at the service lane, I clicked on the email I received to indicate that I was at the dealership. After waiting 5 minutes in the service lane, I went inside and then the rep paged my service tech. The wait time was reasonable for oil change/tire rotation, about an hour. Upon checkout, I wanted to pay through Sunbit, and the service tech struggled with processing this, but eventually worked it out with the help of another rep. I've worked in customer service for years, and I feel there is some improvement needed in your service department. Attention should be given immediately, or some type of acknowledgement. I've purchased 3 vehicles from your dealership. The sales reps are very friendly and courteous.

I was immediately greeted and escorted inside the dealership. I was helped by Kei Kim; she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even agreed to ride-a-long and listen to the sound that my car was making. Diagnosis was shorter than I expected, and currently the part is being ordered. Over the years our family has purchased several vehicles from Bob Stall Chevrolet and it comes down to the customer service and professionalism of the sales team. In particular Oswaldo Mckenzie. There is no other person that we would by a car from. He is the ultimate professional, very easy to work with and no over the top sales pressure that you usually receive from other sales people.
