Rebecca Coates Lapidario grew up in southern Maryland and found her way to Southern California - a move she says she couldn't be happier about. Before joining the automotive world, she spent years in the hospitality industry, and that customer-first mindset travels with her everywhere she goes.

She joined Bob Stall Chevrolet in 2018 and has been part of the team ever since - with the exception of one year in Rhode Island while her husband, who serves in the Navy, was stationed there. When they came back to San Diego, she came back to Bob Stall.

As Operations Manager, Rebecca touches nearly every part of the dealership - Sales, Service, and Parts. She is the kind of person who may not always have the answer on the spot, but will absolutely make sure you get connected with someone who does.

What draws her to Bob Stall specifically? The fact that it's family-owned and operated. Being able to speak with leadership every single day means the team can keep growing, keep improving, and keep showing up for the San Diego community they serve.

Rebecca lives in the Chula Vista/Bonita area and has been part of the San Diego community since 2018. She has lived in many different parts of the country - the nature of military life - but San Diego is far and away her favorite place to call home.

She loves the diversity, the community events, and yes - In-N-Out. If you ask her for a local restaurant recommendation, she'll tell you about Artifact at Mingei inside Balboa Park and Cardellino's in Mission Hills - two of her favorites.

When she and her family are not at the dealership, they're exploring. Green Valley Falls and Del Mar Beach are among her favorite local spots - equal parts adventure and relaxation, which feels very San Diego.

Working in La Mesa puts her right in the middle of it all - close to the neighborhoods she loves and the customers she serves across the entire San Diego County area.
