Miguel Figueroa was born in Coronado and has spent most of his life in San Diego — but before he was finding parts for Chevrolet customers, he was running operations for a traffic control company. The pandemic changed a lot of careers, and his was one of them. In October 2020, he made the move to Bob Stall.
Five years in, he's settled in for the long haul. Husband, dad to twin girls, and a guy who genuinely enjoys the work — Miguel handles parts orders the same way he ran operations: efficiently, accurately, and with a focus on getting it right the first time.

Miguel has spent 20 years in the San Diego area. Today he and his wife live in East County, where they're raising their twin girls. After two decades in the city, he's got a strong feel for what makes the area work for families.
What he loves about San Diego is the easy stuff: the weather, the beach a short drive away, and great local food at every turn. It's a city built for families — which is the part he appreciates most these days.
When customers ask him for recommendations, Miguel has two go-tos. For dinner: Pizzeria Luigi in Golden Hill — one of the best pizzerias in San Diego. For Sunday brunch: Curbside Eatery in Downtown La Mesa. Both are the kind of local spots that don't make the tourist lists but probably should.
Working out of La Mesa puts him close to home, the brunch spot, and the parts customers he serves across San Diego County.

Outside of work, Miguel's time goes to family. He and his wife are raising twin girls, and weekends usually mean SeaWorld, the Zoo, or wherever the girls want to go. Most of his San Diego exploration happens on family time these days — and he's not complaining.
Two things customers might be surprised about. First: he loves baseball, but he's a Dodgers fan in Padres country. He says it with full conviction. "Go Dodgers." Second: his favorite vehicle in the Chevrolet lineup is the C8 Corvette. Not a family hauler. Just the performance — and a reminder that a parts guy who appreciates the engineering on a Corvette is the kind of parts guy you want sitting at the counter.
