Confirmed Service Customer
The service rep was informed me that I needed a new engine only after the work was done did I find out that I wasn’t getting a new engine. I was told that it was a remanufactured engine. I feel like that should be explained to the customer up front, especially when the cost for repair is over $10,000. When I picked up my Silverado the dealership failed to cleanup the vehicle leaving all sorts oily hand prints all over the front end of the truck. Very disappointing 😕. As a customer I personally think when that kind of money is spent for repair the service department would good the extra mile and clean up the vehicle at no charge.

Very friendly staff, nice to have coffee, doughnut’s and a variety of snacks as well as water, you don’t see that at other dealerships
