Kei Kim, my service advisor, gave me an exceptional customer service. At first, I was frustrated of my Traverse breaking part/s only at 55,000 miles (5 years) owning it. She assisted me all the way from start to finish in all aspects of the repair/service (pricing, service options, etc.). Very happy to have her as my advisor, and will definitely request for her on my next visit.
