Two things - one, it should not take over 3 hours to pick up the car. I realize there is paperwork, financing, etc., but that time frame is not acceptable to me. Second, this is my 5th or 6th Suburban, why would I not be able to get a better interest rate - % financing is being advertised for 2024's, I realize I have a 2025, but why not give consideration to dedicated Chevy buyers. 8.9% is a ridiculous rate for me to pay, considering my credit rating and my Chevy purchases.
