I took my 3 month old service body truck in for an oil change and to fix the tailgate that won't latch. Mary was polite and seamed to have a plan for the tailgate. The oil change took all day, but went fine. Mary said she thought a mobile tech from ROYAL would call me and schedule to come out to repair the tailgate. No call the next day. So I call Royal in Carson, CA and they say they can fix it if I bring my truck to them. SERIOUSLY?!?!? Brand new truck? I'm not driving to Carson to fix a three month old truck. So I call Mary and tell her this is not acceptable. She says it's out of her control and that she would have the commercial manager call me. That was Friday and this is Monday! Again, UNACCEPTABLE!!! I know he is working because its a holiday weekend and that's when everyone works. Meanwhile we have a work truck with NO TAILGATE. How the hell do you expect me to operate like that. Have your commercial GM call me ASAP and fix my damn tailgate!!!
