I appreciate you making things right. I was sold a truck with a dead battery that quit on me once I got home and was 90 miles from your dealership. After a jump and driving it back you made it right and replaced the battery

Kei was great. Technician did not put back the red cover for the battery. We have red connector EXPOSED at this time.
