Rose was amazing and a salvaged a less than 5 star buying experience for me. At time of purchase, second key and owners manual weren’t available nor was it disclosed at time of purchase that i would need to come back to dealership and wait for key to be programmed. ( 2 hr process) I don’t live close to dealership and this was a hardship for me to find time, spend my own money on gas not too mention my time which is more valuable than anything. It took almost 5 months for me to get me a key and owners manual- all of which I had to initiate and beg to make a priority. I don’t understand why this was the case other than Chevrolet doesn’t really care about their customers post purchase and a other unit being sold off the lot. Rose however took the humanistic approach with kindness, aplomb and a “I get you” approach and even gave me $25 worth of gas to ameliorate the bad taste I had/have with my buying experience. She should be commending extensively and your post buying follow up should be examined and flushed.
