I will be honest , I am very disappointed in the truck I bought , 2 trips in the shop at 7k Miles and the last on was internal engine problems , I love everything about that truck ... too bad the quality is horrible .. my door was dented and chipped while in service , I had to discover that for myself. They fixed it and everyone was nice and helpful. You���re Customer relations girl said she would check on some things and never got back to me that���s the only person that really fell short on the dealership level .. as for dealing with General ...Motors what a nightmare they hold you guys to a certain standard yet their standards absolutely suck no one will call you back and all they do is give you the runaround probably because their product is so bad they are busy putting out fires all day .. I don���t know how many surveys I���ve taken officially from General Motors but they must not mean much because nobody contacts me. That says everything to me as soon as I possibly can I���m gonna try to get back with the Toyota family as I have been very satisfied for many years with Toyota and their customer service is on point , I truly feel like they care about the customer . Nothing like GM ! That���s really Sad because I really wanted to support an American company .
