My transmission fluid and filter exchange went well, but I had an issue with a loose fill bolt which led to a fluid leak. I called the service manager and he promptly arranged to pick my truck up to check the transmission and top off the fluid. I appreciate the service manager and Rose for quickly resolving the issue. I'm very happy with the service I received.
