We arrived at the service dept early for our 11 am appointment. Our service person checked the car in, asked if we were waiting and directed us to the lounge. He said it would be about 90 minutes. We settled in and enjoyed coffee, donuts and the tv news while we waited. Exactly 90 minutes later, the car was ready. Couldn't expect anything better.
