I arrived about 15 minutes early for my 8:30am appointment, and was immediately greeted by one of the service staff. I told her that my appointment time was with Miss Rose Wells and she went into the office lobby to let her know that I was present and she returned to let me know that she would be with me shortly (she was helping another customer at the time). Rose came out and began to assist me (as she always does) and setting up my paperwork. She is "ALWAYS" professional, patient, and helpful. She told me how long it would take to get my car serviced and to have a seat in their waiting room (unless I wanted a personal shuttle ride back home). I agreed to stay on the premises. Of course during my wait there was some "additional" work that the auto technicians' said that my vehicle would require at this time. I agreed to get it done at this time. The wait was going to take a little longer to complete, and this was okay with me. Upon the completion Miss Rose came into the waiting room to let me know that I was ready to go and I went to the payment window and was assisted by Miss Mary for that transaction. She too was very pleasant. This car dealership is "Always" on top of their game. Keep up the "GREAT" work!
