It was easy and I had no issues making an appointment to follow up on a recall notification. Once I got to the dealer the service rep was ready to check me in. She was friendly and personable. Once checked in she walked me into the waiting area and mentioned there was fresh doughnuts, water and coffee if I was interested. I chose to wait for my vehicle since I had access to use my personal laptop and WiFi. The place was kept neat and clean. It felt warm and inviting to wait for my vehicle while it was being serviced. My service rep came to get me to close my account. I appreciated her kindness and warm personality throughout the experience. Thank you for an amazing service!
