Bob Stall took forever on getting the simple work done, My service man called me and told me the car was ready for pick-up. When I got there to pick up the car the mechanic was not to be found and was the only one that could finish the job, waisted time getting there and lost two days of car use. The battery worked fine when I brought the car in and then they told me the car would not start and I needed a new battery. As I had an oil change, the mechanic likely added water to the battery that was not distilled water, killing the battery. I had to purchase a new battery and no battery proration was provided. I received a defected tire when I bought the car and it Took two days to make a simple tire replacement decision that finally was replaced for free. Overall the car was not ready when I got a phone that it was ready. for some simple work it took a lot of time, that really upset me
