My experience with the dealership was great. My car was in there for over a month due to GM NOT shipping parts. It was an inconvenience to my life having to drive around in a rental car that was not comparable to my SUV. The length of time it took GM to ship parts that were under warranty was extremely excessive and I am very disappointed.
