I had not had my car in for service since last year. I was very impressed to see most of the same people working at Bob Stall that I had seen the year before. That says a lot about working for Bob Stall and keeping the same employees. The service writer, Pam Larman, was who I had last year, and she met me at the time I had booked for my appointment and wrote up my car. She told me that she would let me know as soon as possible what the oil burning smell was. Later that day, she called and told me that it was a significant oil leak and that she would contact my warranty company to get an approval for the repair. It took several days to get the approval, but Pam called them every day and also let me know what was going on. When Pam finally got them to approve the cost, she told me when my car would be ready, and it was! I can't thank Pam enough for her hard work on my behalf and also to the technician, Edward Palma, who did an excellent job of the oil leak repair and the other jobs that I had requested.
