Came in for warranty work and the brake recall. Service guy Patrick was helpful. My one complaint is they hand you the I-pad to sign but don’t explain what your signing for. The little text at the bottom was a diagnosis fee which wasn’t charged since the warranty work covered it. But I feel that they need to explain to people what they are signing for. GMC Escondido did the same thing to me. If they aren’t explaining the charges then why have able bodied people working the desk. Kiosks could be just as effective. That’s my only GM complaint. Patrick was fine and Tammy the shuttle driver was a pleasure to ride with.
