My recent visit at Bob Stall was the best experience by far Ive had at the service department. I have brought my car in numerous times in the 4 years Ive owned it and Ive never been verbally told what will be done to my car besides an oil change. I was not aware that fluids are checked, tires are checked until Im given the paper once I pay. Adolofo was very professional and informative (unfortunately, something Ive never experienced there before). I also would like to point out that Ive never been offered a car wash and I dont know if my car was washed this last time because my car wasnt dirty before the visit. But most importantly, the few times I have asked for a car wash, I get looked at like I just asked for a free new car. Every time I have been told they cannot wash my car. Why not? This is the standard at dealerships. Finally, as I told you above I had the best experience this last time and please share that with Adolfo of what a great job he did. But in the past when I have given low marks, you (mgmt), shared my answers with the service department person and I received a call from that person asking me why I gave her low marks. Why are you not keeping my name anonymous? I thought these answers are used for training purposes and not so I can get an upset phone call asking me why I gave low marks? In conclusion, the last visit I had with Adolfo, was the best interaction at the service department. Shamelessly I will add that I walked in and saw completely different service people and I secretly wished you had gotten rid of the previous crew.
