The agents are very helpful however I've had a few bad experiences . First my upholstery tore while under warranty so I took my car in 3 times .... Dropped it off then got a call 6 hours later saying oh hi the upholstery guy isn't in . Not only did that waste my Fridays I had someone drop me off which inconvenienced their 3 Fridays as well. It wasn't until I complained on my 3rd time taking my car in that it got done. This last time the work was done fast and promt for my oil change and multi point inspection . However the tech (who was nice ) said I was good to go everything checked out good. Then I read my car report and saw my breaks needed "immediate attention" yet I was not told by the tech. I wasn't offered a follow up service for my breaks or anything. Thankfully I read the report and had my breaks done somewhere else. Instead of just getting customers in and out as fast as you can, maybe some customer care could be added to the checkout process . Or a quick over view of what the results were because I'm sure there are other customers who just take your word for it and go on with their day.
