Rose Wells is a great service adviser. She scheduled my truck in for a check engine light and kept me informed during the repair process. The repair was performed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. My only concerns are: 1) Who ever moved my truck to and from the shop readjusted my drivers seat and I'm having a really difficult time finding "the sweet spot" I have enjoyed for the last 4 years! I have back issues and it took me months to find the correct sitting position where I could actually drive for over an hour without pain. 2) Somebody in the shop took it upon themselves to change my radio station and apparently crank it up while my truck was in for repair. This was in for service, NOT for the pleasure of the shop techs to use my radio. 3) When I picked up my truck, the work order stated that the tire pressures had all been adjusted IAW State law and were set at 35 psi. I found 3 tires set to 33 psi and one set to 32 psi. Either someone exaggerated the service that was performed or my readout on my truck's computer is incorrect.
