Like everyone else these days, I decided to get both of my cars serviced while I was at home during the coronavirus. Not realizing how busy the dealers are right now, I made my appointments...first vehicle was in and out...second had an issue or two that was not anticipated, but managed quickly and efficiently by my service advisor, Rose.
