Bob Stall Chevy was the MOST awful experience I have ever had at any car repair shop. Disrespectful to me from check in, to check out. Kept my vehicle for FOUR entire workdays in order to fix a recall & do a ONE HOUR diagnostic. I was forced to spend MORE money on a rental car for the entire week in order to get to work. NO communication happened the entire week to let me know WHY it was taking a week. I had to call myself each day, the “portal” was never updated. Truly inexcusable behavior from a corporation such as Chevy. I am honestly looking forward to the day my car dies so I NEVER have to deal with Chevy as a company again. Do better BOB STALL, because you’re disgracing the Chevy company. Guess you’ve picked the right name.
