Friday, Jan 22nd I arrived @ 0700 to see if I could get my oil changed and to find out where a leak is coming from. Per Rose, I need an appointment and scheduled me for Monday, January 26th @ 0730. I dropped off my car at 0700 and Rose clarified that they were performing an oil change and finding out where a leak was coming from. I agreed and asked if the gas cap I purchased could be put on for me as well and was told, "of course" by Rose. Long story short after 3 telephone calls, (2 with recommendations for my car) my car was never checked for the leak and when I picked up the car, it was not discussed nor was it mentioned on my print off summary. She kept telling me the "guy" never came over, she asked him but she would ask someone else. To make matters worse, when I got in my car the gas cap I asked to be put on was still in the car. I still don't know where my leak is coming from. I'll take it to another dealership to have it serviced from now on.
