Confirmed Service Customer
We will NEVER return to this dealership based on the poor and outright rude customer service -from service writers to the service manager (with the exception of Pam) poor communication, and poor workmanship that was provided to us. Your dealership should be ashamed of how this service department is ran - this dealership definitely gives GM a bad name as a whole. This service department not only accidentally broke a part in our vehicle causing a major repair, but tried to charge us $7,000 more than our original estimate. I am astonished as to the lack of responsibility the Service Manager took for damage caused by his mechanic and the way he dismissed every concern we brought forward.
