My HHR needed several items and Patrick said that it might be ready on Saturday. But, someone sent the wrong parts and my car was not ready until Tuesday. Meanwhile, your driver Tammy remembered where I lived and picked me up on Tuesday which made her late for another pick-up. I am very grateful to her for her kindness. I missed my car!!! Your dealership has great people, always very polite and informative. Thank you for washing my car, also. The Tech. who worked on it did a wonderful job.
