For the second time, we took our car here for an oil change and it leaked for a week afterwards until we took it in again. Also asked them to check the tire pressure sensors since an error message kept appearing on the dash, they assured us it was fine, then the error messages appeared again. Took the car back in to replace the sensors. Seriously, the waiting lounge is the best thing this dealership has going. Otherwise we'd have better luck at Jiffy Lube.
I just blew the motor in my 2001 SUV and needed a car. My first stop was to Bob Stall Chevrolet. I wanted a blue SUV, not a black or white one, a blue one. Terry the sales guy went on the computer to find me a blue car, while he was on the computer my daughter was looking on the lot for a blue car. She came back to me and said I found your blue car. As I was walking out the door to look at the car, Terry came with the key to the same car my daughter found. I test drove the car and it was the car I was looking to buy. Now the financing part. This is the best part, the financing was SO EASY! These guys know what their doing and they try to get you in and out. I love this dealership and I'm telling my friends to go buy a car at Bob Stall Chevrolet.

Travis was extremely helpful and honest with me. He took great care of me and I owe him a special thanks. Also, the Sales Manager, David was extremely helpful as well. I would definitely recommend Bob Stall because of those two gentleman.
To be honest, this review would have been very negative if I had submitted it last month. However Dave Olds really came through and worked out a solution that worked for us. Thank you Dave, you really eliminated a giant stressor and helped us into the car we were hoping to get.

Bob Stall will always be the spot I buy from. Mo is the best. He does not try and trick or pressure you to get something you don want or need. Billy was also outstanding He put my fears to rest. I will be back to buy from Bob Stall

It was great! Received some info from Alan regarding used Tahoes, but when I got there they were already gone. So took a look at the new ones and Chuck was very helpful in explaining and getting me the best deal.
I made an internet inquiry for an Equinox and received responses from three different dealerships. I met with the person that contacted me first. It was not Bob Stall Chevrolet. After meeting with this other dealership in the morning, I was very discouraged and left thinking I would look at other manufacturers and models because they were more interested in 'making a sale' than in meeting my desires. Later in the day, after several emails and text messages from Jenni, I finally answered her call. She convinced me to give her a chance. I met with her that same evening. She made me feel like she was there for me and what I wanted. The sale was secondary. She worked very diligently for two weeks to find exactly the combination of things I wanted on a vehicle I wanted. She kept me posted all along the way. Jenni is amazing. She even called me several times after the sale to make sure everything was fine and that I was happy with the vehicle. Thank you Jenni. You are truly an asset to Bob Stall Chevrolet!

great job, my only issue is that the ad price and the price I paid did not match and that was my fault for not catching it the ad was 19995 and I was told I did not qualify for the lease discount which was 1500 so it should have been 21495 and I paid 22495 still a great deal but I should have paid more attention

I was very disappointed with my last visit to Bob Stall service department. I brought my 2015 Chevy Cruze in because the check engine light was on. The Cruze was still under warranty. I dropped it off on Thursday night. They called me on Friday and said they needed GM to look at it and they would keep it over the weekend. When I came to pick it up on Tuesday evening, they told me the issue was a loose oil cap from the last time I got my oil changed (My oil was last changed at Bob Stall, which they acknowledged). Then they said they forgot to order and install the recall items and I would have to bring it back. Then they charged me $80 for my oil change. I think my oil change should have been free since they messed up on the last change and left the cap loose which caused air to get into the system triggering the check engine light. I am also annoyed that they had my car for five days and didn't install the recall items and I have to bring it back.
